GUESTAKHA	hey! i need to call my frnd in china. i am from india and i dial 0086+the cell no. but it still aint working. Any help pls?

I suggest you consult with your local telecom operator. Sometimes you need to dial a code before 0086. For example, the Americans need to add 011 in front of 0086 to make a call to China.

GUEST92159	yes we have this secret code .. before entering the area code and number you have to add 17214.. its so cheap.. its consider as local call.. but sad to say it doesnt work anymore.. maybe they change it..
