 | No, I don't think China Mobile (or any other service provider) has cheaper rates to Uganda, so there will not be any special code you can use. |

| You have already got the correct number. 011 is the code of USA, 86 is the area code for China, 20 is the code for Guangzhou, 83602460 is the phone number. You may just try the number. |

But now it doesnt work, and I know that for every city in city are different codes. do u know where can i find this special code? |
