Does anyone have any tips regarding International schools in Tianjin?
Also how I could find out who regulates them. My kids are 7 and 4 years

What kind of International school do you expect? I was working in the international school of Wuhan city, it's running by American-owned company which also has branch school in Tianjing.

In TEDA, that is Techological and Economical Development Area in Tianjin, there is a good international school for kids like yours and many foreigners work there. I think it should be a good choice for you.
In addition, if your child need any Chinese learning help, maybe I can be of your help.
