Not the same Shirley. You do things as your profession but mine is rather killing time and travel the cheapest possible, understanding and observing some behavioural patterns or people and market. I like to visit these three cities, namely Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. I am yet to cover the whole 20 cities (or so) of Guangdong Province.

Wholesale markets Guangzhou Railway Station / Zhan Xi Road / Jie Fang East Road won't offer any catalogues. The styles change very quickly, sellers won't do any catalogue they just sell the ready goods, if you like the styles, you can buy several pcs as samples. Some of the shops might have photos to show the styles on model.
Bei Jin Road, it's retail street, some of the brands have catalogue in their shops, you can read there but surely can't take the books aways.

GUESTGEORGIEVA you'd better go to yiwu, there is the best place for your goods, you can find all of your goods in futian market, i am not sure if you can find all those in guangzhou, coz the market there are separate,it's complex.and it's hard for you to collect goods,i had a bad experience in guangzhou... by the way,my business are similar to you!

GUESTEILEEN Hi everyone !
I'm intending to go to Yiwu by March, and would like to get some informations about the Yiwu international market.
I'm the owner of a retail shop.
Can I buy directly from booths or should I order first.
What is the minimum order to purchase.
Do they understand english or should I need an interpretor. I speak english, french and hakka.
Where can I buy clothings for my kids and myself ?
Thanks a lot in advance !
