GUESTSURESH	I want to travel to Main land China, close to Macao. I have a Chinese business visa . Is it possible for me to travel to Macao, where I do not need a visa and then travel by road to Main land China? This will save me a lot of time. Otherwise I'll have to travel to Shanghai and then fly to Zhuhai.

You can ask the CITS in HK to help you get the visa. They are very capable. Of course you have to pay a service fee.
