GUEST39249 To all those who have been scammed. This is really Good Info for you.

As a person who has been cheated. I learned alot. I also scam the scammers for good laughs.

I'll telling you this so you have more knowledge when you do business overseas.

Majority of the electronics you buy from China are fake or copy which means it's not the real one. The suppliers tend to call the real product "orginal"
Their are some good quality ones but they are not orginals so you'll likely go for these cause it's cheaper and you'll think you're make good profit off of it.
The fraud company won't even tell you if they are copy or not because they want you to pay for something they don't even have, simple right. You say you want this much and need this feature and whatnot. Most real supplier will have to check or get back to you. The scammers will say "yes we can get it or we can do that for you". Real suppliers are honest and will turn down your quanity and will tell you if it's actually a copy or real. If you at least take some good time knowing your supplier, you usually have a good idea if they're real or not. Do research and don't be afraid to ask for it's your hard earn money.

If more people actually do something about these people. Maybe they'll be less of them. Trade Safe.

Help needed to contact Police in Wuhan, Hubei State, China

I sent US$160 to one girl from Wuhan city. She has a web site by name http://www.7X7X.com in (Chinees language) and http://www.7x7x.net in (English). In that web site she is selling e mail lists. As i wanted e mail lists for marketing i sent amount $160 threw Money Gram. I did 1 month hard work to send money to her because of sending money from India threw Money Gram or Western Union is not easy. At last i sent money threw one agent in Singapore. Till i sent the money she replied to my E Mails and Phone Calls. Once she got the money i sent, she started playing with me. She wantedly lifting the phone and putting music like that. She gave useless links to me that they never work. She is avoiding my phone calls and E mails. I really frustrated with her behavior.

I saved which i chated with her in MSN, before sending Money Gram i asked her Bank account details to wire transfer those details are with me.. So that i do not want others to be cheated by her. So please give the Phone number or E Mail ID of Wuhan Police Office, Hubei State, China.

GUEST39249 Holy moly, when did chinese people decide they can rape the world. If you do bank transfer and western union, that's like throwing your money in the garabage. These cheaters gives chinese people a bad name. They should be shot.

Did you know that some chinese don't even speak a word of english and type in chinese then have it translated through a software.

And I believe Real and Honest supplier make less than some cheaters. Scammer is a Billion plus industry and these people have already sold their soul to the devil. Carma will always come back to get them. They don't care if they ruin your lives. To recover your money, is a long road. It's not going to be short like you'd imagine.

Please Do Not Send Your Hard Earn Money to these Cheaters and you can not find real iphoness or real ipods. It's rare to find real ones and you won't believe how some suppliers manage to get a hold of some.

GUEST39249 When buying products from China there is a very simple rule that will save you wasting time and money:

RULE: You cannot buy foreign brand name products direct from manufacturers in China, nor can they sell these products to you. Any money that you send to these sellers will be lost eventually.

Brand name companies produce their products under contract. Factories enter into binding contracts to produce the products on behalf of the brand name customer. The brand name company owns the products NOT the factory, the factory merely gets paid to produce the product for their customer the brand name company.

Imagine if you had invested your time and money in developing, marketing, and producing a product. You then give all of the information to a factory to produce that product for you. Would you let that factory make your product and sell it out the back door to all comers thereby cutting you out of the deal?

So dont waste your time trying to find legitimate suppliers of these products in China as the inherent nature of the whole business means that there are no legitimate suppliers of these products in China for export markets.

So what are the sellers offering:

a. they are possibly scammers that will take your money and send you nothing; or

b. they are sellers of counterfeit or refurbished products that are likely to be of questionable quality, could easily be confiscated and destroyed by customs your end, and would be illegal for you to sell in your country anyway!

You can buy legitimate brand name products in China, but that would be at retail prices from retail outlets and you would be purchasing Chinese versions of the phones that are unlikely to be much use for you in your country anyway.

Clearly there is no money to be made here. Many have tried before you and lost their money trying. Just have a look through these forums. Why not contact the brand name companies directly and ask them about all of this if you dont believe me!

* I didn't write this article so i won't take credit, but did you know that these scamming sites are virtually invisible to chinese IP

It is unrealistic to expect the police to do anything in most cases. In the western countries I am familiar with, most would not invstigate on the basis that it is a contactual dispute. You would need to show multiple cases and some evidence to defraud before they would consider taking action. You should also note that a city like Xiamen will have a vast number of police stations and a general lack of communication. You would have to be very lucky to find someone willing to take up the issue. If you do want to keep trying, try to make contact with the Foreign Affairs Offfice, Trade Section. Some staff there will speak English and someone might be willing to help...but, in China, if that activity is not specifically stated on a job duties list, you have little chance.....unless youd like to wine and dine them and build up good relationships.

To those who were trying to buy fake branded goods..... well you weren't planning to be honest yourselves were you?
