GUEST34197	Hi, I am from Vietnam. From Jan 1st 2009, you can go to Ha Noi by train (Naning - Hanoi everyday train). Soft- bed cost is 40 USD.

TO HANOI: fare 150 RMB (inc 2 RMB insurance), duration 7 hrs

GUEST17882	I want to get from Gunagzhou, China to Phnom Penh, Cambodia for as cheap as humanly possible....I assume I can go from Guangzhou to Nanning and then Nanning-Hanoi and then Hanoi-Siem Riep and then Siem Riep to cambodia for under 100 dollars...50 pounds...500RMB....

I have been in Nanning for almost a month now and my girlfriend set me up in a good hotel. It is called the Wei Jiang Nan on 10 and 1 street or Ting
Hong/Tinghong Rd ( also known as tea street. If you want to email me I am at yahoo.com|somoby. I will be happy to help and my Chinese girlfiend can set you up at the hotel. I had a large room overlooking tea street for $14 a night and moved into a larger one for twenty a night. The first room has two large beds and the other tree beds and a couch. You might like to stop off at Just for You if you want to talk to some westerners. They have movie night on Fridays and Karoke on Saturdays the manager,s name is Aurthur (his western name) and can be a great help as he speaks fluent english and very nice.
