Baima and Fuli markets are about 4 km apart.
Landsman is relatively close to Baima.
Jinzhou isn't particularly close to either, but it's closer to Baima than to Fuli. Same goes for Sino Trade Centre Hotel, but it's closer than Jinzhou.
Since the 2 markets are 4 km apart, you'll either be close/closer to one but not the other. Take your pick.

GUEST33192 HI, I'm from the U.S. and I'll be traveling to Guangzhou China by myself, I don't speak cantonese or mandarin, but I'll be meeting up with a friend there at Baiyun airport, I'm wondering is it smart to travel with a friend or is it ok bymyself?

I'm from the US, and I can just tell you that I have been pick pocketed once. I was lazy, and didn't put my pouch back around my neck, and put it in my pocket instead, first time I ever did this, and it was gone in about a minute. Thank God that the pick pocket must have just gone through it looking fo money, and then when they found out there was none threw my pouch with my passport, and credit cards on the floor in the corner of the restaurant, whew, could have been really bad. Keep you're valuables around you're neck, preferably under you're shirt. As far as crime, I don't know if you are male or female, I am male, and I have not felt unsafe since I have been here, though it is hard if you don't understand Chinese, and I don't really walk around late at night, during the day, I have walked through most of the Liwan district, and never felt threatened in any way. I think you will be allright, just use common sense.
