Do you mean the Wusong pier in Baoshan district? You could take the subway line 2 to Century Avenue station, get off and then change to line 4 to Baoshan Road, and then change to line 3 to Songbin road, get out of the subway and then take bus no. 952 to the pier. Or you could take a taxi after getting out of the subway to reach the pier, about rmb18. FYI: http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/subway.htm

It should be Yiwu, right? The last bus leaves at 18:00 from the East Bus Station to Yiwu. If you can not catch it, you may hire a taxi with others outside the bus station and share the cost together. It costs around CNY 30.

Or you can go to Jinhua West Railway Station to take trains to Yiwu.

It costs around CNY 2.5 and takes around 30-45 minutes. Also you can take a taxi to bring you there. It costs less than CNY 20.
