You can stay at Jinjiang Inn Shanghai Pudong Airport, HongJin Vienna International Hotel, Shanghai, Pudong Airport and Jinjiang Inn East Shanghai Pudong Airport. These hotels are very close to the Pudong Airport and the prices meet your requirements.

Just take the subway line 2 and get off at Nanjingdonglu.

There is a direct bus from Pudong airport to Yiwu. It leaves at 17:10 and costs CNY 180. If you do not want to take the bus, you can take subway line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station and then take D trains to Yiwu.
