Help! Get to Viet nam from Guangxi

Hi, guys, any idea what the name of the city that borders Vietnam is called?
My friends are in Liu zhou of Guangxi now? Can they get to that border city by bus easily now?

I believe Pingxiang is the main city on the border. There should not be any problem getting a bus to there from Nanning. Also there are 4 trains each day..... go to the following for the timetable and fares

Yes, Pingxiang is the nearest city to the Guangxi -- Vietnam border.
Shouldn't be too hard getting there from Liuzhou.
Need to have a Vietnam visa before arriving at the border though. If they don't already have it they'll have to go to Nanning to get it before going to the border.
