Hi Apault, thanks for your consideration. I have known that it is natural to put on weight as the age grows. But still all the females can not stop trying their best to be slim. I think it is one of their natures, something born with. :)

Hi girls, Have you forgotten? There are some special types of diseases called “Female diseases”? No special types of Male diseases!! So take some reserve Fat for “Female diseases”? “Give me a healthy mother; I will give you a healthy Nation”

Hi Lionpower, “Give me a healthy mother; I will give you a healthy Nation” Where did you get this theory?? It is one of the best I have ever heard.

I think a shapely body is ok. Why bothering a bit fatter or thinner?

There's nothing wrong with a little extra weight, it just makes a girl cuddlier :) There is a modern name for a little extra weight on the hips... 'Love handles'. Exactly

Great advice from Roger. Best way to loose that unwanted flab is to reduce your sugar intake, especially the hidden sugars (read the content labels) which includes all carbonated drinks (coke cola etc) highly processed carbohydrates (white breads, cakes, other sweets and pasta and noodles made from wheat) some fruit such as watermelon (high in water and sugar content) Drink plenty of water and lots fresh, preferably raw vegetables and fruit and exercise regularly I recently changed my lifestyle diet for health reasons and am now on a very low sugar/low carbohydrate diet and the weight just fell off in just a few weeks and I'm happy to say it is staying off and it is relatively easy to maintain this kind of lifestyle diet. I still enjoy some sweets and pasta but I don't crave them so much as I used too. I'm down almost two dress sizes from a rather pudgy to dare I say almost too thin but I feel so much better all round. All the bestbut don't do anything too drastic, too quickly
