| moo shu pork and the wrappers. i like to make the wrappers myself although they're a little time consuming. they're entertaining to watch when the steam makes a bubble in the middle and then you can peel them into two wrappers! |

| Interesting???!! Ahhh... I like cooking for others especially my beloved ones,I did get some fun and enjoy it,but if I am alone at home,I would rather buy something to eat or hunger myself :P |

| My favourite western dish to cook for Asians is Shepherd's Pie. Everyone always enjoy it. It is simply minced meat, beef or lamb, cooked with onions and herbs so that is in a moist sauce. Then it is put in a large dish coverd with mashed cooked potatoes and placed in the oven until u get a crispy crust. You can change the flavours in the meat to suit different tastes eg chillie. But I cannot cook it for my friends in China because no-one has an oven :( |
