“Paul’s” quote some where in this forum- “People eats to live but Chinese people lives to eat”. Lee Ying , Really that? I like Chao Mian but some time you mix Pork with it. That is problem for me as I did not eat pork. Your serving style very fantastic. People drying noodles in the open sky, not OK for health. If we think, every thing should be making from automated machine, how poor people will leave? And they are 80 percent in total population. From my practical experience can say, Chinese people very expert to make noodle by their own hands So we should follow, cut your coat according to your cloth. Some big companies some times purchase these noodles from semi-town people and re-packing in a glorious packet.

Hi Sharif, I think it's ok to dry noodles in the open air because when I cook it, the high temperature will be a natural disinfector. So don't worry. Hi, bbqq, nice pics. I like Mutton noodle and La Mian!

Hi BBQQ, lovely pics. They make me watering~ I like eating the hand-made wide and thick noodles. At the first sight of the noodles dries outdoors, I also feel it unhygeian. But maybe the natural environment of southeast China is good enough.
