雪中送炭, means providing charcoal to the poor when snowing. This phrase means providing timely help now. Here used as the name of this Yuan Xiao because 雪means the white cover and 炭means the black inner, Chocalate!

The most complicated one. It's the snack of Yunnan people. The stuffing contains ham, peanut and orange peel. They use dried wild rose, candy and yellow wine to make rose jam. When eating, the rose jam is put into the soup.

山珍珠翡翠汤圆

山珍珠 is a wild fruit growing in high moutains of Yunnan. Use this fruit as the stuffing can black the hair and keep youthfulness. The cover is made by spinach juice and flour.
