I believe it is a fairly interesting book in which the author narrated his two years unbelievable experience in Changsha, Hunan Province of China. As an American English teacher in college, Salzman stayed in China from 1982 to 1984. His enthusiasm about Chinese martial arts and Chinese calligraphy made he learn much from many teachers of martial art and calligraphy Are you interested in Chinese martial arts or other respects of Chinese culture? Can you share your learning experience with us?

ELLEN77 Points: Join Date: Feb 7, 2007 Status: Offline	I admire the Chinese Martial Arts, the history as well. So I'm always keen on stories about Romance of Three Kindoms and the Chinese Revolutions. I can get perseverance, braveness and some other wisdoms from them somewhat.
