Yes, BETHANYBETHANY , I have heard about it too. It is said that the three problems that Tibet tourists would ask first are the weather, the train ticket and the ticket of Potala Palace.
For the hot of Potala, the government even plans to build a smaller Potala Palace beside to diffluent the travelers . But when asking if that would work, the officers just sighed.
