i am looking for travelmates for a trip in west sichuan (kham or amdo region). i know the area, i went there last year. i intend to trek and stay away from tourists as much as possible.
anyone wants to join in?

i will be in Sichuan in July and August.
i'm thinking about a two weeks trip to Kham, off the beaten track of course!

WINDWALKER, no, that's not me. I'm a Han Chinese, not a Tibetan. Kham area is great, fewer tourists come to visit there so it's more original.

Sharif, no, I don't pray to god cos I don't believe in god. :P

konka shan in august means a lot of rain and clouds: the main problem with this mountain range.
and tourists too!

chengdu to kangding take bus ( 6hours)
rent a car (include a driver) for 4 person in kangding area __waze(瓦泽)__shade(沙德)__konka village__xiamuju(下木居)___shangmuju(上木居) (take4～5hours)
cross route ：shangmuju(上木居)—→shangmeizi(上子梅)—→konka temple(老贡嘎寺)—→xiameizi(下子梅)—→bawanghai(巴王海)—→jiebeishi(界碑石)—→(caoke)草科

i'm not keen on Kangding, too many tourists, artificial town!
take a map, look north of Kangding and you'll see limitless possibilities.
are you chinese? what's your job? trekking before? any picture of you?
