In Chengdu, a survey was conducted in a kinder garden and the result was really surprising. About 90% children know the Christmas Day but 10% Children know Middle Autumn Day. And almost no one knows Double-Ninth Day and Dragon Boat Festival. I am surprised by this.
Some people think that it is the lost of our traditional culture and the education on this should be strengthened. However, others think that we should not view this matter from the adult’s eyes and whether the children like or not is the most important. How do you view this matter?

Is it that bad???? Only 10% children know Mid Autumn Day? I can't believe.

'others think that we should not view this matter from the adult’s eyes and whether the children like or not is the most important'. Totally disagree!

Maybe they are too young. The children in the kindergarden are 3 or 4 years old.

I don't know the exact time that I know the traditional Chinese festival, but I'm sure my parents told me a lot about it. It's not only the education received from teachers and schools but also parents and society can make the children more knowledgable.
