Luoyang holds the Penoy Festival every year. On April 10th, 2007, the 25th Peonny Show started! Thoushands of peonny flowers blossom in every corner of the city. Wangcheng Park, Peonny Park and Xiyuan Park are now full of tourists admiring peonny blossoming!
Penoy is the national flower of China, symbolizing affluence and elegance!

so its the peony blooming season and thats why i could get peony bouquet from Luoyang here this weekend in an amazingly cheap price than usual
