I will be returning to China for vacation and would like to see some Chinese Opera this time. I will be in Chengdu for a couple of days; does anyone know if there performances in Chengdu? Appreciate your help.

Hey,
There are a lot of performance in Chengdu. You can try:

Wuhou Theatre in Wuhou Memorial Temple (Wuhou Ci).
Shu Feng Ya Yun in Wenhua Park, Qintai Lu.
Sichuan Opera Art Museum in Huaxing Jie, the former Jinjiang Theater (锦江剧场), back of Wangfujing.
悦来茶园Yue Lai Cha Yuan holds Sichuan Opera at 14:00, every Saturday.
