The public can buy the tickets via four channels. 1. Logging on www.tickets.beijing2008.cn. 2. dial 8610-952008 to book the tickets. 3. at 1,000 designated Bank of China branches. 4. buy the tickets at the stadium during the Olympic Games. Foreingers can buy the tickets through their National Olympic Committees or from designated outlets at the same price. Tickets prices is from 30 (3.5 US dollars) yuan to 1000 yuan (127 US dollars) in the 28 sports sessions. The most expensive is for the opening ceremony. It costs 5000 yuan (646 US dollars). The cheapest for the opening ceremony is 200 yuan (26 US dollars). It is estimated that the budget revenue for the tickets will be 140,000,000 US dollars.
