In China, those who were born in 1980s are now between 17-26 all called the "post 1980s" generation. This generation is totally different with their parents. In the next few years, they will play the leading role. Some of them are called the elites, such as Han Han, Guo Jingming. They show their talents in literature and become the young writers. Han Han now is a professional driver. However, people hold different views on them. Some say that they are the examples of the young people while others blame them. Wang Shuo once said that they could not be called the writer. Some people comment that those "post 1980s" people are selfish, over confident and disobedient. They do not know how to care about others because most of them are the only child in their family and they are spoiled by their parents. They do what they. If you ask the reason, they will say " I love it." But we should say that they are capable.
The "post 1980s" people is quite hard to understand. How do you think the the '"post 1980s" people in China? Please let's hear your voice.

In fact, every generation has their consfusion coming from their era. I think that the saying that 'those "post 1980s" people are selfish, over confident and disobedient.' is not quite right. You can compare the '' current 1990s'' whose age is ranging from 8 to 17 years old with those 1980s. The 1990s are just in primary school to the senior high school now. I must say that they are the rihgt reflection of these only child family. When the 1980s at that age, they have no computers, no KFC, no Mcdonald's....

In my opinion, peopel often judge the younger generation by the rulers of their own era. Why not to see what had happened to these 1980s? Before 1980's, person who has a bachelor's degree hadn't to hunting job when he left school. How about these 1980s, they have to design their job when they enter universities. And, most of the 1980s are not from big cities, they are close to nature from childhood, aren't they? I believe that they are as kind and generous as their parents.

Please don't blame them any more!
