Well, the current ones are better than the 1980's version, but I have no scanner so I can't show you mine as an example. But still, all those from before the 1980s are far, far cooler than mine.

Yes, the earlier certificates are nicer. The latest one (2004) posted by BBQQ looks a bit like my international passport.

I like the latest one,others looks like diplomas which I usually got during school time.

BBQQ, without seeing the inside of the certificate, I can't tell you for sure whether mine is the same or not, but it certainly looks very similar.
