烧饼(Shao 1 Bing 3): Clay oven rolls

There are many kind of 烧饼 in China. This one is called 高炉(Gao 1 Lu 2)烧饼 which is a traditional snack of Henan Province.

饺子(Jiao 3 Zi 1): Dumplings

In northern China, people call dumplings 饺子. But in souther China, the title may change according to the different process of making it. This one is 水饺(Shui 3 Jiao 3), which means boiled dumplings.

咸鸭蛋(Xian 2 Ya 1 Dan 4): Salted duck egg

咸 means salted, 鸭 means duck and 蛋 means egg.
