春 means Spring. 卷 means rolls. You can add many stuffs in it.

红豆糕(Hong 2 Dou 4 Gao 1):Red bean cake

红豆=Red bean
糕=Cake
We can also change it into 绿豆(Lv 4 Dou 4, mung bean)糕

May, these posts are really excellent and so helpful, I have not seen them before. Next time I go out for dinner I think I will take some photos of my favourite foods and post them here, along with their Chinese names.

I planed to have Soybean Milk and fried bread stick as my breakfast the whole week,but I didn't get up earlier,so bread is the only one I can choose :-(
BTW,chinese style breakfast is much more nutritious than bread.
