I have honestly thought about it but after I became Christian, I feel that this is all futile.

A guy is supposed to like you for who you are. If you have surgery, you will be forever wondering if the guy would've liked you for what you looked like before. God gave you this body so it is not yours.

Then again, if you have a deformity on your face then I think it's okay to get surgery because it's not normal.

Surgery makes people feel better short-term but they still need to deal with their insecurities. They may look pretty on the outside but they are dying inside.
