how to eat noodles?

just a quick question...

when you eat noodles, do you help yourself with sticks to put in your mouth all that you've picked up from the plate or do you just bite off the bit that is hanging out from sticks?

not sure if anyone will understand what i mean, but lets give it a try ;)

yeah, but I always ate noodles like spaghetti, with spoon and fork. only lately i started to use sticks and i'm trying to learn some sticks savoir-vivre, so I wouldn't look like I don't know what I'm doing at all when in China ;)
