All guides on Chinglishfriend.com have provided us valid official IDs. We make sure pictures posted on our site are consistent with their IDs.

We also verify basic qualification including education and English proficiency.

I would advise you ask more questions and look for guides with experience and references before making commitments.

We are trying to open a feedback section on our site to help you make good decisions.

Hope,
I sent you an email about a guide I need next month. I received a very quick auto-reply email that was in Chinese. Please reply in English about my request when you are able to do so.

Thank you,

Michael-
Do you know if your site contains any guides (either professional guides, amature guides, or cheap "college student" guides) with experience giving hiking/trekking tours of the Wudang Mountain area in Junxian, Hubei (near Wuhan)?

Please feel free to reply here on the board or email me directly at corp.aol.com|CD.Walls

Thank you,

Chris,

I will post a message for you on chinglishfriend.com and see if someone responds.

There are more than 200 guides registered on the site. Maybe one of them have the experience or know someone who has.
