i like the version of Shaozi Mian with tomatos, that's probably not the classic 'Qishan'...

Fairiequeene. It is not Shaozi Mian.In Chinese, it is called 西红柿鸡蛋面. Noodles mixed with tomatos and eggs. It tastes good.
