| i like the version of Shaozi Mian with tomatos, that's probably not the classic 'Qishan'... |

| Fairiequeene. It is not Shaozi Mian.In Chinese, it is called 西红柿鸡蛋面. Noodles mixed with tomatos and eggs. It tastes good. |
