I would like advice on a Chinese wife that has only her name on the apartment deed, the bank account and a savings account. Her expat husband has only a small sum.

GUEST84192 What if the Chinese wife has only her name on the apartment deed. She also has most of her money and her expat husband's money in a bank account under her name. From that, bills are paid, etc. I'm assuming that she has a sizable savings account only in her name. The expat husband only has a nominal sum in an account back in his home country.
