GUEST31959	hi people.i need help.i met a chinese lady on a dating site in april.since then we have communicated through txting emails and also since may we have videoed chatted on qq international.in that time we have developed a beautiful relationship.she is planning on coming to see me in September as I will be her sponsor.my questions are,can we get married on a tourist visa when she is here,?and what application forms do we have to submit?i have supplied all information that is needed for her visa,and she has also good references to back her life up.she was also told by a young chinese man at a visa assisting company that couldn't read English properly,said she would maybe only get 15 days stay.you wouldn't see much of Australia in 15 days.could that be true?please any info on these questions would be so helpful...cheers.

GUEST67552	Another reason I would do a K-1 FIRST though, is because you'd still have the K-3 option later. If you fail on a K-3, I'm guessing it would probably be a little more difficult to go in the other direction. My thoughts :)

I would like to know the easiest but best way to marry a Chinese lady and have her move to Canada to live. She has made it quite clear that she wishes to live in Canada. Would it be easier to marry in China and then get visa to live in Canada or to marry in Canada and apply for permanent residency. I have seen many different means but need the help of someone who has been through the process. I would like to do this as soon as possible but know it takes time. Help

Shenzhen is a very large city with many modern conveniences and the same problems as any large city. I have traveled in SHenzhen the last 4 years including the current year.
The air quality in Shenzhen is very poor compared to most cities you may have visited in the USA.
There are street crimes, muggings, pick pockets and other crime but I have never experienced any issue with traveling in Shenzhen or the surrounding cities. Many Chinese citizens long for the freedom and culture of the USA as compared to the constrictions of Chinese life.
My fiance will be moving from Guangzhou in March and living in the USA while we are married and apply for her green card so she is able to work. Living in China is difficult also if you do not have the correct Visa, but Shenzhen is directly across from the Hong Kong border, you can do a "Visa Run" In the matter of a couple of hours depending on the border crossing you choose and the activity or congestion. Shenzhen has around 12 millions residents.
I enjoy traveling and visiting Shenzhen every time I visit in Mainland China. If you can make an income in China then living for some years could be an option for you.
