Real-name System for Blog?

Some countries, such as S Korea has established a real name system for a better control of blog and sayings in the internet. China also encourage real name system for blog now. Do you think it's necessary? What about conditions in your country??

China has established real name system for cellphone users. I think it is good. For blogs, personally I think it needs the real name system to regulate people's sayings.

Maybe it's necesary for the government. But what's the spirit of blogs? Freedom! Everybody can talk freely without letting people know who he is. I'm sure I will have my lips sealed if I'm monitored.
