Please explain. The English looks OK to me.

It is also in Russian but of course I cannot understand it either.

Is there something wrong with the translation into Chinese.

madam, i'm afraid the question is not "is there something wrong" the question is "is there anything right"
the whole sentence is in a mess so i can not tell you which part of this sentence is wrong, the whole sentence itself is a big joke.
of course i mean the chinese translation. the english is ok

The English Tax Free Shopping Available Here should be translate as 这里购物免税(Za 4 Zhe 4 Li 3 Gou 4 Wu 4 Mian 3 Shui 4) or simply 购物免税(Gou 4 Wu 4 Mian 3 Shui 4). 免税(Mian 3 Shui 4) is the formal and exact way to translate Tax Free. Shopping can be translated to 购物(Gou 4 Wu 4).

Tax Free Shopping Available Here translated word by word to 税在这可以解除的购物 is a direct translation in English grammar and sentence pattern.

Well now you have some idea of what we foreigners expereince when we see things more often than not translated from Chinese into English.
It's often a very good laugh too but sadly at whose expense.

It does not need to happen.

Yes, it's terrible and funny to see some English translations in public all around China. Most of them are irresponsible at all!

Once I saw a sign at the exit of a park, it reads, 'Export'. Yes, EXPORT. That's because both exit and export can be translated into "出口".i.e. "出口" has trwo meanings.

It must be the work of some sort of Chinse-English translation software.
