People living there are tortured by the heavy rains and storms. So far, about 13,560,000 have been attacked and 76 people died. The economic loss reached 4.37 billion RMB. A series of relief works has been organized and many soldiers are sent to the frontier to fight against with the flood together with the locals. This scene recalls our memory of 1998. In that year, southern China was also attacked by flood. Those PLA soldiers fought against flood with the locals. Many of them sacrificed. Let's salute to them and recall it together.
