Info about cheap airlines in china

Hi, I'll be in china this summer, and i need to travel by the end of my trip from shanghai to tokyo. I've been searching for cheap flights but all i have found are flights from US$700 and above. Does anyone know other "not very popular" airlines that could take me to tokyo by a more reasonable cost?

That sounds like a pretty reasonable fare. My roundtrip ticket was $1800+ and it was the best fare I could find.

Hi,
Have you tried looking on this web site for prices? Are you in China now or are you going to China and then to Tokyo from another country? I agree with Griz that $700US is reasonable price for tickets with everyone raising prices now. My wife will be returning to the USA from Shanghai soon and her ticket is about $1400 US for a one-way ticket. I hope you find what you want. Have a good trip.
