Hi all
Could you please advice one on what vegetarian food to expect on a chinese trip?? Would be grateful if you could mention names and ingriedients of the dish..to make a note of in my diary.
I need to make a note of these before the trip

Recommend you Sichuan Cuisine, that is called Chuan 1 Cai 4 in chinese. Almost everywhere you can find Chuan Cai Restaurant in China. It is one of the most popular cuisines.
I am also fond of vegetarian food and the followings are my favorite ones for you to refer!

The first and the second are my favourite. the rest are too spicy.

I like this one,pork fillets with sweet&sour sauce.
