Well, I think Yangshuo is a great place. One of my best friends from Sweden told me the same thing but I haven't get any time to visit. Have you ever tried Xi Tang near Shanghai? It's a so-called water village and I would like to go there someday. Each city gets its unique beauty and there's no real good or bad. With a happy mood, even a poor and dirty place would become into a heaven^-^

I'm not interested in Chairman Mao neither. Well... I think I should say that I respect him but that's all. Just said it because you mentioned some important people. I've never been to Australia before. But some of my friends moved there and it seems like they want to settle down. So I guess you are right, Bob. What do you think of Palau?

Palau is quite beautiful but there are so many beautiful islands around Micronesia and in The South Pacific that it's not exceptional.Tahiti IS exceptional! The lush tropical forrests run right down to the crystal clear ocean. The mountains are breathtaking. The water is so clear you can see almost as far underneath as you can above.Of course the gorgeous Polynesian women don't detract from it's appeal either.

My current avartar is a picture of Moorea Island in Tahiti. If you like SCUBA diving then you would love Tahiti.

Thank you for the conversation we shared and have a great life.

Hi Bob, Thank you for telling me the place. I've seen lots of pictures from Tahiti and I like them very much. Have you ever been to there? I guess that would be a great place to visit. But unfortunatly I like diving but not scuba...

I was not impressed with Nanning but to each his own. If you want to head north then I suggest you try Fenghuang in Hunan province BRET666. My current avatar is taken from the balcony of one of the many hotels on the river.

I think you would enjoy Yangshuo. Many students come from all over China to learn English there because it attracts so many foreign visitors. For foreigners, it's like an oasis. Western food, English speakers, foreign beer, even western toilets. ha ha.
