It reminds me of a wonderful movie performed by Jet Li. It is the Bodyguard from Beijing which tells a story of a bodyguard retired from the army and was asked to protect a witness in Hong Kong. I recommend you to watch this movie.

I'm a big fan of Jet Li films.
In the real world though a Bodyguard is not an easy job, in my job of security officer, I have done royal duties and seen first hand how they operate.

Yes, Westnorwoodgas. I can not agree with you any more. Being a bodyguard is not an easy job.

When interviewed by a compere, Jet Li told his sotry of shooting the movie The Bodyguard from Beijing. At that time, he was the goal of those gangsters in the gangland because he was too popular so that someone tried to assassinate him. When shooting the movie, he was accompanied by 9 bodyguards dispatched by the Hong Kong government.

Can you believe this? A martial arts movie star need a bodyguard? Tough Jet Li once was the champion of Chinese martial arts competition, he still needs other's protection.

I also like him very much. It is said that the former president of USA Kenedy once invited him to be his bodyguard but he refused him.
