![]() | Recently a survey showed that the house price in 12 cities are much more higher than expectation. The cities are Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu and Xian. The survey result shows that 64.2% people believe that a reasonable house price should be among 2000 yuan to 5000 yuan per square meter. 54% Beijing interviewees believe that the reasonable house price should be under 6000 yuan per sq meter. Do you think it's a reasonable price? What do you think is reasonalbe?? |

![]() | Personally, I think that the house price between 2000 to 5000 RMB can be accepted. I dream that the house price can be lower and lower. But from the current situation, it is just a daydream. |

![]() | In Shanghai, 4000~6000 is quite ok. But still, there are people who can only earn 1000 or 2000 a month. How could they afford the house?? |
