Train to Shenzhen from Hong Kong?

GUEST18337	Hi there, we are travelling to Hong Kong and want to visit Macau. We will then travel to a place called Shilong which is in the same province as Shenzhen. Does anyone know the best way to get to Shilong from Hong Kong, and then from Shilong to Shenzhen Airport? We would want to leave Hong Kong about 2 or 3pm on Monday 21st May, and then get back to Shenzhen airport in time for our 9.55pm flight. Is this possible? Or we could get the flight the morning after to Shanghai. Any help would be appreciated.
