This is my travel itinerary: Arrive in shanghai on 5th august 3 night in shanghai Flight to Guilin and 3 night in guilin Flight to Sanya and 3 night in sanya Flight to Beijing and 3 night in Beijing Flight to Shanghai and stay for the last night before we come back to Italy. What do you think about it? We really appreciate any suggestion, expecially for taking the train instead of the plane where is possible... We just like to book all from Italy by our own but we can do that with train, and we read that in august we can find some full train and hotel with no vacancies, it this true? We choose Sanya because we would like to rest for 2-3 days and escape from the hot city life for a while, going to the sea. Is this an accurate choice in your opinion? I don't think it's worthwhile to stay in Shanghai for 3 nights. Maybe 2 days is enough.

*Flight to Guilin and 3 night in guilin
Guilin, Yangshuo, Longsheng, etc. all are good choices.

*Flight to Sanya and 3 night in sanya
No problem. Sanya is beautiful

*Flight to Beijing and 3 night in Beijing. Flight to Shanghai and stay for the last night before we come back to Italy.
You may take the overnight train from Beijing to Shanghai.

3 night in Shanghai, but we arrive later in the afternoon on 5th from Italy so we only have 2 days to visit Shanghai :(

We spend 3 night in Guilin but we where thinking about some daily trip to other city... is this possible to do it with a local agency when we will be there? We would like to keep the same hotel because we really don't like to move with all the bags everyday. In your opinioin we should spent 1 night in Yangshuo or other city, instead of Guilin?

Do you think i should book all hotel for my stay in china from there or i should just book the first night and then find an hotel when i arrive in each city? I read that august is a very busy month for tourists. Thanks
