The bloger, who named himself Wang Xiao, set a blog to tell his experiences and forecast about China's stock market. More than 30 million people visited his blog and many of them paid money to listen to his recommendation on stock market. However, what he said is just deceit. It is said that he collected over 13 million RMB illegally.
