Great Dog Mother! Crossing Yangtze River to Feed Doggies

Recently a dog mother named Hua Hua became a great mother in many Chongqing people's mind. Due to the rising Yangtze River, her four newly delivered babies was trapped in Shanhuba Island, which was once linked with the land. Hua Hua crosses the Yangtze River everyday to feed her babies and come back to the land to find food by swimming.

Hua Hua and her babies. Each day, Hua Hua had to swim over 1 km from land to the island and feed the babies.

Kind people feeding Hua Hua and using ship to transfer her. The babies are still too young, so they won't be moved to another place.

It's amazing how animals will go to such lengths for their offspring, I hope Hua Hua and her puppies survive and live long and happy lives.

Yes, Great mother. Wish her babies could grow up quickly so that their mother need not cross the river everyday to feed them and they can be together forever.
