![]() | GuestMohan: I would just apply for a tourist visa in HK for which you require no invitation letter. I assume you are not from one of a few countries such as Pakistan where tougher rules apply. I think one of the JimmyB threads on visas lists these countries. (I mention Pakistan as some Pakistanis have posted some of their difficulties in the forums) |

![]() | GUEST81139 : you are not quite clear, but if I understand correctly...... provided you have only made one entry you can exit and re-enter. If you go to Shekou, you will have to take a ferry to another non mainland location, HK or Macau perhaps. If you go from Shenzhen and walk into HK, or to Zhuhai and walk into Macau, you can immediately walk back and re-enter the mainland. |

![]() | Shenzhen-HK I think possible to walk via Huanggang but not via Lowu. Through my experience, from Luohu-Lowu then take Metro east rail to one stop in HK and come back to Lowu-Luohu. I find it not possible to cross the rail tracks from Luohu-Lowu-Luohu. But if Guest81139 is already in Shekou probably going to Zhuhai or Macau or HK by ferry is faster and less hassle, thus no need to travel from Shekou to Huanggang in order to go to HK. Wan |
