Yesterday is the day of autumn begin. Food experts suggest human's stomach will be more frail than in summer. What should we eat for some preparation?

Maybe you have not imagined that porridge is the best choice! Corn porridge, sesame porridge, sweet potato porridge and lotus seed and glutinous rice porridge......

Best to eat a bowl of porridge in the morning to prevent autumn cool and dry......

I guess it is sweet because the pumpkin and corn taste sweet.

Oh, Paul, there are so many experts saying so many 'must do or mustn't do'.

Whether to believe lies in yourself! : )

Evening, all I can say is I am so hungry for real Chinese cuisine again !!

I cannot wait to return in mid September, not only to be with Lao Po, but to get the real Chinese food I am now so addicted to and crave so much !!!

I really miss the Cantonese style fish, which is so fresh and much available in Guangzhou. :)
