| I will be in the Calgary this weekend. Perhaps the Chinese community there will have it. If they do not have it... I will be asking everyone here to send me some jars of it!!! ;-) Can you tell I thing it is very good. :-) |

| ??? Do you use it when cooking with another dish??? Do you take if from the jar and eat it with your cooked food??? Or do you just eat it out of the jar? YUMMY!!! |

| I looked for the "Peasant's Flavor" in Calgary's Chinese part of town. The people told me that the community is comprised of Cantonese people who do not eat Sichuan food. I looked, but could not find it. |
