Spaghetti junction in Birmingham, England is a nightmare for drivers, I have only been a few times and thankfully I wasn't driving at the time, so many drivers have got lost on that one.

Yes, really a nightmare. Once I was in Beijing and we were trapped in the junction for more than one hour!!
