Many news in China now are discussing the manners and civility of Chinese tourists who behave rudely in foreign countries. One of the most critical behavior is that Chinese people prefer speak loudly in public.

Are Chinese the only nation who prefer talk loudly?

Dodgers right May, there are a lot of loud speaking nations, I'm not one them though I'm a quiet speaking person myself, I don't want everyone knowing my business.

Well, I am a Chinese, but I am not a loud-speaker. By the way, loudspeaker is different "big-mouth".

i know the reason.
because the govenment's crime,the people who have more money and chance to travel outsea,not with high moral charactor.
that's they people who have high moral charactor,have few chance to become rich man.
