Ren Zhiqiang, the board chairman of a Beijing Real Estate Company expressed his own thought towards the high house price recently. He said that the high house price of a city means that the city has a strong competitive power that more and more people are coming to seek their dreams in the city. That's why the house price become higher and higher. Plus, he believe that the real estate company should build houses for wealthy and the government build low-priced houses for poor.

I don't like his words but I have to confess that he's partly right. The government should be responsible for poor and low-income people.

In America, before the government helped poor people, family, friends, and others from their church helped people. Since the government has started helping, people are not helped by others so much since everyone now believes that it is only the government's job to help. I think that's sad.

Sometimes, when the U.S. government wants to doing something good, they unintentionally create a bad side-effect.

Peterjohn. In China, housing has become a big concern. Some rich people can buy several appartments. But the low-income families can not afford to buy a house let alone the poor. The government should intervene in the real estate. Otherwise, the situation will be out of control.

I don't ilke that BIG MAN's words, he just concerns nothing about the poor. If that the wealthy would occupy more land and it will be harder for the poorer to get better house.
